New GMC Sierra All Terrain HD Concept 2011

GMC Sierra HD Concept is a field study of heavy truck capabilities, combined with more off-road versatility. It should be bold exterior styling, revised suspension on all surfaces and price information are expected from GMC - all designed to improve access to off-road destinations.



New Sierra 2011 HD supports all HD Concept Landscape, transfer, production based on the chassis and 4WD Duramax Diesel / Allison 1000 six-speed driving. Improved suspension and a unique body dimensions, including increased ground clearance and wider track and a better approach / departure angles, allowing off-road ability while maintaining the level of loading HD and the mainland.

Large wheel arches stretch the body to the 35-inch-high tires BFGoodrich cover. On the back, pull trailer lockable, illuminated glove box, along with a series of tie-down team, including a couple in bed upstairs and two on each side of the bed. Cushion Non-slip rubber used on the back, while two separate parts of the body provides access to 110-volt outlet and air compressor. Composite bed boat with a "tile" pattern provide cover for the bed.

The interior matches the external aesthetic, with premium appointments, and greater functionality, including improved lighting. It carries the power and precision, the mix of features such as stainless steel and accented with satin chrome better reflect the bonus features, all-terrain. Two-tone dark gray leather, matching carbon fiber-like embossed leather seats with contrasting red stitching faces. Optional features include leather interior § volunteering steering wheel, dashboard and center console.


Based on the Sierra 2011 HD truck chassis that is off-HD is equipped with a full box steel frame with exceptional strength and torsional stability. This includes production of a new independent front suspension and asymmetric leaf spring rear suspension, wider 73-inch butwith (1853 mm) Track (front and rear) with the stability during the off-road and highway improvement. Production Sierra 2500hd has front and rear, 68.8 inches (1748 mm) and 67.3 inches (1709 mm), respectively.

Sierra All Terrain concept to launch a new HD production 6.6-liter turbo diesel V-8 Duramax and Allison 1000 six-speed automatic drive combination offers Sierra 2011 HD truck. Duramax is rated at 397 hp (296 kW) and 765 lb.-ft. torque (1037 Nm).
