MSA British Touring Car circus rolled at Brands Hatch on 3 April for the opening round series with the field looks healthier than in recent years. New models and drivers joined the field, creating a diversified and competitive line-up this year.

The third place was won by Scouse Paul O'Neill in his Chevrolet Cruze.
Results than Plato left eight points clear at the top of the table of points in a strong position going into the second race, which will be held on 17 April at Donington Park.
