Abarth sports programs for 2011


Abarth is not just Fiats vitamin and t-shirts. It is also a sports program.

ACI-CSAI Formula Abarth is a formula car, powered by a 1.4 liter turbo prepared by FPT. The Ferrari driver Academy has placed one of his colts, Brandon Maisano.
One hand there is a European Championship, which begins May 8 in Valencia. She continues to Misano on June 5, followed by the Nurburgring on July 3, Spa August 7th, the Zeltweg August 27, Mugello on October 2, then return to Valencia on October 16.
On the other hand, there is an Italian championship. Kick off May 22 in Varano, then it finds the European championship on June 5 at Misano, Imola and July 17, August 7 Spa (with the championship of Europe), September 18 Vallelunga, Mugello on October 2 (with the European Championship) and concluding October 16 at Monza.

The Trofeo Abarth 500 takes place in the prologue of Formula Abarth. The car used is a 500 Asseto Corsica. There is a category for ages 15-18 and the winner (Eric Scalvini in 2010) won a Formula Abarth steering wheel for the next season.
In addition to European and Italian championships, there are editions of British and Scandinavian Trofeo.

As Fiat Abarth and squinting in the Americas, Formula Abarth and Abarth Trofeo across the Atlantic. The Panam GP Series will take place in Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia and the Dominican Republic.
