Updated Alfa Romeo MiTo range goes on sale
substantially revised range MiTo will soon be available in Europe, with a higher standard specifications of the new queue-busting sub-100g/km CO2 version.
MiTo Sport Compact series is a modern version 17 to nine, with both Turismo and Lusso equipment levels are replaced with Sprint, the entry-level versions are now known as Progression, distinctive and Quadrifoglio Verde version and replace the Veloce and clover .
Prices now start at £ 12,250 OTR in Britain for entry-level 1.4 8v progression, rising to 17,955 OTR for the 1.4 TB MultiAir Quadrifoglio Verde £ 170hp.
Three new units are available: 1.4 8v 78bhp (available during and Sprint, the 95 bhp 1.4 16v unit will be replaced) to reduce emissions, excellent MPG and Start & Stop by the standard 105bhp 1.4 MultiAir opportunities, the angular torque and MPG (compared to the 1.4 16V 95 hp engine), a new congestion charge / tax busting 1.3 JTDM-2 (only Sprint, the 95 bhp 1.3 16v unit will be replaced), which produces 85bhp and a brisk 95g / km of CO2, which means free travel within the zone, along with free road tax and first registration fee. Business users may also require that 100 percent cost of capital allowance in the first year of ownership.
Lastly, the Alfa MiTo available in bronze, metal, paint an entirely new range of Alfa, which was exhibited at this years Geneva Motor Show.
